As you know, we have been working closely with Knight Associates, Inc. over the past few months to develop a project management methodology for St. John's Hospital. As a part of the rollout of this methodology, we contracted with Knight Associates to provide a three-day course, onsite at St. John's Hospital. The course content was then carefully customized to reference our methodology, forms and templates and included a two-day project management methodology tools and techniques section and a one-day hands on Microsoft Project course.

I just wanted to let you know that the training that took place was very well received. You presented a well thought-out and delivered course that walked the class through a project from start to finish and included many hands on activities along the way. During the course and afterward, I have been approached by several attendees that wanted to let me know how pleased they were with the course content and your delivery of the material.

This feedback was then further supported by the summarized audience evaluation forms which reported an overall program score of 9.7 out of 10. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with the outcome of this training, and the methodology development process.
