Re: Project Management Training for Healthcare Information Technology
Dear Glen:
I’m writing this letter on behalf of the Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. IT organization. We appreciated the Project Management training that you facilitated in September of 2004 and the value that it brought to our department. After the class, I received many comments on how they enjoyed both your humor and personal stories. This type of leadership and presentation style made it enjoyable and added a personal touch.
We had a variety of experience levels in the class, but I sincerely believe all received valuable information. The presentation was well organized, clear and concise which made it much easier for those less experienced to understand. You made working with you to incorporate our templates and forms into the training a pleasure.
Unfortunately for us, we were unable to have all of IT join in this first class. I look forward to working with you to come back for a second session with the new trainees.
Thank you for helping our IT department take some very important steps in order to create a standardized project management methodology.
